We are the 2nd owners of this pontoon and have owned it since 2008. It is in great shape and has provided our family and friends with many many great times! These Party Huts are becoming extremely difficult to find in this condition. The sought after design makes it easy to enjoy the lake in ways not possible on most boats. The trailer and much more are included. It starts/runs great and everything works as it should. Set it up with a room just in the back or when the full enclosure is installed the entire boat becomes a camper. People of all ages enjoy jumping off of the top which is also one of the great places to lay out or put lawn chairs to get nice views. The toilet is functional and works as it should. The bathroom also serves as a nice changing room. There is an alcohol burning stove and hand pump sink  with fresh water and waste water tanks. The stereo system sounds amazing and can entertain a entire cove of boaters. We normally just boat a short distance over to the same cove and hang out. There is not an hour meter but we have not put many hours on the engine. The trailer is included and has surge brakes that work well. We are located in Trimble, MO 5 miles from W Boat Launch at Smithville Lake. Everything for a day on the lake is included exept for sunblock, food and drinks.

The boat is not new by any means. It does have imperfections but is very very nice for it's age. The small center pontoon had a large dent in the nose when we bought it and does not cause any issues. The bottom of one of the back seats and the captians seat have a small tear in each and are pointed out in the pictures. The Party Hut is super nice and we will be sad to see it go.


Financing
We cannot offer any type of financing. We do have a great local banker that can help. Have your financing approved before making an offer.


Payment Terms & Conditions
We can accept Paypal or Credit/Debt Card paid by phone for the $500 non refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be received within 7 days using cash,wire transfer, or certified bank check. If paying using any form of check payment must completely clear the bank before the boat or paperwork is released. Wire transfer or cash is the best/quickest option. Clean titles in hand. Once payment is cleared the titles will be transferred and the boat will be released to its new owner. This pontoon, trailer and motor are sold as is. We in no way shape or form expresses or imply any warranty or guarantee regarding this pontoon, trailer, motor or transaction.

Shipping
It is the buyers responsibility to find a shipping company if needed. We used Uship to ship it here from Pennsylvania when purchased. It would be a good idea to buy a spare for the trailer if shipping long distance. Tires are good but just incase.
